Situat in zona de nord a Bucurestiului, proiectul Meiyo Gym nu este o sala clasica, la care sa bifezi o sedinta sau sa iti faci un selfie la sport. Clasele de box tailandez si yoga sunt predate in stil autentic, foarte apropiat de metodele maestrilor din Tailanda si India. Sesiunile de functional training vor fi adaptate si dozate in functie de varsta, posibilitatile fizice si scopul fiecaruia.
Misiunea noastra este ca elevii sa isi insuseasca nu doar cateva elemente tehnice si sa transpire, ci prin practica constanta sa dobandeasca niste ” unelte pentru viata”, un cod de valori solid care sa induca o transformare ( nu schimbare ) pozitiva in plan fizic, mental si emotional.
Muay Thai
Este un stil de lupta derivat din artele martiale traditionale thailandeze care implica folosirea pumnilor, picioarelor, coatelor si genunchilor, de aceea este cunoscut ca si arta celor 8 arme.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga se refera la un set de exercitii fizice și de respiratie, concepute asfel incat sistemul muscular, circulator, nervos, endocrin si respirator sa ajunga la o justa functionare.
Antrenament functional
Prin antrenamentul functional se ajunge la un corp suplu, tonifiat si definit, prin multitudinea de planuri si unghiuri utilizate la fiecare exercitiu. Exercitiile antrenamentului functional vizeaza o gama mare de muschi
